Digital Foresight Planning Tools
Six interactive tools for structured foresight workshops – influence mapping, futures wheel, scenario lab, strategic compass, vision pathways, and a combined planning report. The goal is to replace marker-and-flipboard approaches with collaborative screen-based tools that save outputs and generate detailed reports at the end of planning sessions. We use these in the workshops we facilitate; they will be more broadly available as they mature.

AI prompting tool that generates expert-level prompts for government document types – cabinet papers, SOPs, research designs, UN formats. Detailed prompts often run to a full page of specific instructions. Customized for each office's formats, style guides, and reference documents.

Policy analysis
Policy Builder
An interactive policy analysis tool that builds on the UNESCAP SP2LNOB framework and extends it to include non-cash interventions, making it a more comprehensive tool for designing social protection responses. Guides users through targeting and eligibility, benefit design, implementation planning, staffing, and capacity requirements – then generates a structured policy analysis document. Planned for wider rollout once funding mechanisms are secured.

Interactive exploration of Maldives government budget data – PSIP project tracking, spending comparisons, projection accuracy analysis. Full tools released when development partners are secured.

Island data
Island Data Explorer
Demographics, infrastructure, transport, elections, projects, and news for 21 islands across AA, F, and M atolls. Built from census data, budget documents, election results, and transport schedules. AA, F, and M atoll islands will be up in late April 2026, with remaining atolls targeted for rollout throughout the year. Further funding enables completion of nationwide coverage.
